Orders & Payments

• RUBHRU currently accepts prepaid orders only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

• A flat shipping charge of ₹30 is applicable on all orders.
• Estimated delivery time is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
• While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, RUBHRU is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing orders.

Returns & Refunds

• RUBHRU does not offer exchanges.
• Refunds are only applicable if a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is provided at the time of opening the package.
• The unboxing video must clearly show:
  • sealed package condition
  • shipping label
  • complete opening process without cuts or pauses
  • damaged or incorrect product, if any
• Return or refund requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
• The ₹30 shipping charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy

• If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact RUBHRU within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear product images along with the unboxing video are mandatory for verification.
• Claims made after the allowed time period may not be accepted.
• RUBHRU reserves the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent refund requests.

Product Care Disclaimer

• Fashion jewelry requires proper care to maintain its quality and finish.
• Customers are advised to keep products away from water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, and moisture.
• Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Once the product is delivered and no valid return request is made within the allowed period, RUBHRU will not be responsible for:

• discoloration
• rusting or tarnishing
• breakage due to mishandling
• damage caused after use
• normal wear and tear over time
